Service Description
MatchEstate is an AI-powered Google Workspace Add-on designed for real estate professionals. The application helps users compare customer requirements with property portfolios stored in Google Sheets using Google's Gemini AI and generate AI-assisted reports.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate information in their Google Sheets.
- Protecting their Google Account.
- Protecting their Google Gemini API Key.
- Using MatchEstate in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Google Workspace Permissions
MatchEstate requests only the minimum Google Workspace permissions necessary to provide its functionality. Users authorize access through Google's OAuth consent process and may revoke permissions at any time through their Google Account settings.
AI-Generated Results
MatchEstate provides AI-assisted analyses and recommendations to support decision making. Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated results and making their own business decisions.
Limitation of Liability
MatchEstate is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MatchEstate and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the application or reliance on AI-generated results.
Intellectual Property
MatchEstate, including its software, branding, documentation, website content, and associated materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or modify any part of MatchEstate except where permitted by applicable law.
Privacy
Your use of MatchEstate is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is processed and protected. Please review the Privacy Policy before using the application.
Changes to These Terms
